The second CROPSNet Conference will take place on Friday the 11th of September 2026 between 09:30 and 17:00.
It will be a hybrid conference hosted at the Sir Michael Uren Hub in Imperial's White City Campus.
The title of the conference is “Supporting the Student Experience in Online PGT”. The conference agenda will be finalised by Monday the 10th of August 2026.

Presenters can present either in-person or online. The following presentation formats are currently being accepted: traditional lecture, 15-minute lightning talk, workshop (hybrid, online, or in-person), Guided Demo, pre-recorded virtual poster presentations (5-10 minutes). Suggestions for other formats are welcome.
We welcome submissions related to the following topics:
Designing High-Quality Online PGT Learning
Student Engagement, Belonging & Community
Digital Student Support Ecosystems
Assessment, Feedback & Progression in Online PGT
Equity, Inclusion & Global Perspectives
Employability & Professional Identity Development
Staff Experience & Capacity Building
Submissions that don't quite align with these topics, but which cover a topic which is relevant to online PGT education are also encouraged to apply. The submission portal will close on Friday the 7th of August.
